Need a womans opinion............?

I'm a 52 year old male that has been divorced for 3 years. I am fianlly getting the nerve to start dating again and I was looking at myself in the mirror and realized the lack of condition i am in physically. 30 years of no exercise. Please no comments about that , lol. SO I joined a health club to start to get myself back in shape. I realize that I a long road to get rid of 30 years lack of excercise. Ladies around my age what do you look at first on a male body that appeals to you. Thanks for your time.
