at our school we go to the fitness center several times a week during our schools P.E. class and also after school i can go. and i know the guys i have that class with me all the better looking guys are stronger. i was thinking what exercises would make me seem like im doing more work than i actually am. at our fitness center we have dumbbells, bench press, several machines that work almost every part of your body, pretty much everything. but is their any exercise that although your not lifting as much as one of the stronger guys, you still look impressing to the ladies, i tried adding on more weights but i hurt my back doing that.
