Does "Curves" acutally work??

I'm wondering if the womens fitness center 'curves' is a good place to join? Like does it help you lose weight in a healthy way?

  1. Curves offers a workout regimen on exercise machines, and I think they can also devise a workout routine that will best benefit you. Any workout routine with proper diet can't do anything but help. Here is a link so you can read what curves provides.
  2. my mom went there for a while. she really liked it. and it totally helped her. she just doesnt have time any more to go there, otherwise she would. good luck. :) im glad you are going to do it the healthy way also.
  3. I've never been there but i have heard from a friend it's so repetitious that you get really bored with it. It only has resistance training machines, not weight training. Join a gym...definitely more variety and personal trainers will put you on the right track for getting started.
  4. I do not believe in any lose weight programs, "Good physical work-outs with consuming food with less-calories" will let you lose your body weight. "Your body requires 2700 calories everyday, to lose 1 kg of your body weight you need to burn 3500 calories" use this formula while eating(green salads with 2 glasses of water before taking any food is good strategy to avoid more calories), while doing physical workouts (brisk-walk for 45 mints everyday is good for losing weight). Drink at least 3 lts of water everyday.
