2. From what I understand if you live in a condo or townhome you are not allowed to run a business like nail salon, hairdresser, gym baby sitting, etc etc...... You need to ready your bylaws and follow the rules. Otherwise face fines and if they are not paid up and I'm not sure upto what amount it would be. The association will put a lein on your condo to pay up or loose you home.
