Ladies: How can a 28 year old male incorporate going to the gym with yoga?

In other words, I plan to go to the gym three times a week. Sometimes I go two....I want to stick to three. One the days I skimp out on it, should I just do yoga? I have a couple of books and a DVD. What should I do? I want to tone, straighten my posture, lose some pudge around my gut.... Im 5'11, 190lbs.

  1. Yoga is more calming and relaxing and helps to loose weight and the up side of things? - - You get to meet girls lol If I were you that's what I'd be doing but then again I am a girl so I stick to playing with cars haha
  2. Yoga will do wonders for you if you stick with it. Also, Tao-bo kicked my butt but i've never in my life been so toned. I did 3-4 times a week and you should have seen me! My arms, legs, stomach..I'm telling you I was buff.
