Ladies: How can a 28 year old male incorporate going to the gym with yoga?
In other words, I plan to go to the gym three times a week. Sometimes I go two....I want to stick to three. One the days I skimp out on it, should I just do yoga? I have a couple of books and a DVD. What should I do? I want to tone, straighten my posture, lose some pudge around my gut.... Im 5'11, 190lbs.

- Yoga is more calming and relaxing and helps to loose weight and the up side of things? - - You get to meet girls lol If I were you that's what I'd be doing but then again I am a girl so I stick to playing with cars haha
- Yoga will do wonders for you if you stick with it. Also, Tao-bo kicked my butt but i've never in my life been so toned. I did 3-4 times a week and you should have seen me! My arms, legs, stomach..I'm telling you I was buff.
