Ladies, do you go to the Gym during your monthly cycle?
I find it hard to workout and get active during this time but I feel guilty for wasting my money on a membership that I only use two weeks a month. Plus, I feel that all of that hard work is going to waste by sitting around for a week and a half to two week. How do you manage your workout?

- I do what I can at home. This is when the pedometer and I get real close (because doing too much not close to home is out of the question). I try to do little jaunts that add up and put my hand weights to use. It isn't perfect, but it works.
- Just use a tampon and take ibuprofen or Midol and you should be fine. If you're cramping, it will probably make you feel better.
- I actually like working out when it's my time of the month. I don't lift weights when I have cramps, but I feel better when I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill. It actually helps with cramps if you mix it up with walking and running. Helps circulation.
- stick a tampon in there, you won't feel a thing while exercising!
